Bellisio Family,

When I became a part of this team and began understanding Bellisio’s core values, Come As You Are & Speak Up!, Do the Right Thing, and capitalizing on our entrepreneurial spirit by being Fast Fish, these aligned so well with my personal values that I knew it would be the right fit.

Many, if not all, organizations have values that exist in the background as vague guiding principles. However, witnessing how each of you genuinely infuse these values into the ways you work is inspiring. It's no wonder we've braved some serious storms together, and I am confident there are clearer skies ahead. Here are just a few of the accomplishments we’ve fulfilled so far:

• We are building inventories at our Jackson Distribution Facility

• Our Jackson labor pool is increasing through alternative sourcing initiatives led by HR

• We are preparing for an incredibly important launch of Michelina’s Grande products

• And, we’ve secured two licensed partnerships. Quest and another you’ll hear about in the coming days.

Today is National Employee Appreciation Day, and many thanks are due to this incredible team.

I want to thank each of you for your contribution and dedication to Bellisio Foods, our customers, partners, and consumers, not just today but every day. The word appreciation doesn't begin to describe the immense pride I have in our team, our capabilities, our expertise, and our future.

You are all truly remarkable, and I cannot wait to knock 2022 out of the park with you.
